about Me

Hello, my name is Wendell Christian Jr. I am a certified personal trainer. I have a diverse background working with different types of clientele such as young athletes, general population and also older population with musculoskeletal issues. 

My expertise is in human movement, but I also take a holistic approach. I look at training as more than just exercising in the gym. I educate my clients on sleep, nutrition, and other lifestyle factors that affect the results they seek. 

When it comes to training in the gym my focus is on helping my clients get stronger and more confident instead of the typical focus of how much you sweat, calories you burned and weight loss. When you focus on how well your able to perform in the gym through proper weight training and fueling yourself those things are by-products.

personal Training

Training programs are tailored towards the individuals needs and goal(s). Sessions are 55-60 minutes: comprised of a 5-10 minute warm up & movement prep, 35-45 minutes of strength training or conditioning, followed by 5-10 minutes of core and cool down. Personal training also includes nutrition coaching.

partner Training

Max 2 individuals per group. Highly recommend the individuals be close in fitness level and goal so they both have a great experience because the training program will be tailored as close as possible to both group members needs and goal(s). Sessions are 55-60 minutes: comprised of a 5-10 minute warm up & movement prep, 35-45 minutes of strength training or conditioning, followed by 5-10 minutes of core and cool down. Also both individuals are responsible for the same designated time and package purchased. 

Online Training

Month to Month individual coaching through the Undefeated Fit Life App. Online Coaching consist of a 4 week training program created based on the application filled out, nutrition guides/templates, and daily and weekly accountability check ins.
